No course would be complete without our client services clinic.
All services with the exception of demonstrations will be performed by Students under the supervision of a licensed instructor at a discount of retail salon prices.
Students will be expected to perfect their skills working with real customers by developing a customer following.
Students will learn how to properly greet the customer, provide consultation services, determine desired outcomes and demonstrate Cosmetology and nail skills required to complete those services.
Cusomer satisfaction is a must in any business. To be successful, students must always remember that customer satisfaction is the reason they are there. |
